This is a great house for DIY enthusiasts, investors, those wishing to relocate or as a holiday home. The upstairs area is in fine condition and requires very little work. Restoration of the extension, installation of a proper kitchen, inside toilet and bath would not require a great deal of expense. As with all older Bulgarian homes we recommend an upgrade in wiring.
